Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LzyBooks(the “Service”), a platform for creating, publishing, and selling interactive ebooks and their sales funnels. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate with the Service, including ebooks and sales copy. You grant LzyBooks a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

4. AI-generated content

The Service can generate draft ebook and marketing content using AI. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated output before publishing or selling it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, and you are solely responsible for the material you publish.

5. Payments to you and your buyers

You connect your own payment provider account to receive money from buyers directly. You — not LzyBooks — are the merchant of record for those sales and are responsible for fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks, and any applicable taxes. LzyBooks is not a party to the transaction between you and your buyers.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to publish illegal, fraudulent, or infringing material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the platform's playbooks or generation IP outside your own use.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership and liability limits) will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LzyBooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
